Credit card authorizations require internet access. Emergency support will be available to all clients with a valid paid support agreement on file with Soft Intelligence.
*Reminder for anyone who uses POS Offline, please check that your Offline is ready for an emergency. You will need to complete a sales transaction in Offline mode. After 30 minutes please check your regular online CounterPoint Ticket Edit List for the transaction. If you can see the transaction your data is successfully being sent and received.
